The wine has a light ruby ​​red color. Aromas of raspberries, sour cherries and red berries on the nose. On the palate the wine is supple but at the same time structured on the palate and with a meaty evolution. The tannins are polished and, together with the fresh fruit, provide a pleasant aftertaste.

Domain
Bader – Mimeur is located at the bottom of the famous vineyards of Montrachet. The domain, which has been in the family for 5 generations, has been led by brother and sister since 2017; Sébastien Fossier and Nathalie Bernard. From the 17th century, the Bader-Nié family owned vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet and the surrounding area, while Charles Mimeur, winegrower from the Maranges region, became owner of the Château de Chassagne-Montrachet in 1919. Since 2017, Nathalie Bernard and her brother Sébastien Fossier the day-to-day management of Baeder-Mimeur.
