Pinot noir

Pinot noir ( French ), also called Spätburgunder ( German ), is a blue grape variety with a compact bunch and thin-skinned grapes. It is therefore generally a grape that is difficult to cultivate, as it is susceptible to rot and fungal diseases. In addition, 'pinot noir' has a tendency to mutate , resulting in different clones of 'pinot noir'.
