Coravin Pure™ Capsules form the basis of all Coravin wine storage systems. They are filled with pure argon gas which increases the pressure in the bottle so that the wine flows through the needle and then forms a layer between the wine and the air in the bottle when the system is removed. The capsules are suitable for all Coravin consumer systems.
