Domain
Languedoc-Roussillon produces 80% of France's 'vins de pays'. This is a response to the current market where there is a high demand for fruity, smooth and accessible wines. Soil
The vines are planted on a soil of calcareous alluvial layers.

Yield
Production is 120,000 hectoliters on a vineyard area of ​​1,500 ha. The production is sold 96% in bulk and 4% in bottles.

The wine goes well with a salad with fish/shellfish, poultry prepared with cream sauces, baked salmon.
