Domain
Domaine Fredavelle is a family estate founded by comrades, David Ravel and Olivia Menigoz. The passion for the vineyard and the love for wine led to its creation and first harvest in 1999. Today the estate has 32 hectares of vineyard spread across the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. The vineyard is located in the town of Éguilles, 10 km west of Aix-en-Provence, at an altitude of 300 meters. The traditional grape varieties of the region are grown: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Caladoc for red wine and rosé and Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc and Ugni Blanc for white wine.

Vinification
Fermentation under low temperatures for 3 weeks.

Delicious
Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, roasted and raw fish, salads and Mediterranean food.
