Domaine Lasserre is located in the south of France, in the heart of the Languedoc. Since 1898, the family has been working the vineyards with great passion and enthusiasm, out of respect for this wine region, where vines have been planted since Roman times. This area has a long wine tradition. In 1973 the vineyards were expanded by 40% by creating new plots with low yielding varieties. The domain currently has 300 hectares of vineyards, located on the gently rolling hills of the Libron, where we can speak of a temperate climate. 11 different grape varieties are planted here, including 7 red and 4 white.

Soil
Volcanic soil. The vineyards are maintained traditionally and with great respect for nature.
