The vineyard is a ripe vieilles vignes with 60 years of age. Sparkling red in the glass, scented with soft and ripe red fruit (cassis) and herbs. Smooth in the mouth with lots of flavor and very digestible due to the freshness of the pleasant acidity.
A delicious drinking wine. Culinarily a companion to meat and poultry.
