Elegant wine with a light yellow color. Stone fruits, citrus fruits and spices on the nose. Well balanced on the palate, a silky but rich wine.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness, they are then picked at night and pressed immediately. Vinification under controlled temperatures.
