ROCHE AUDRAN, CÔTES DU RHÔNE ROUGE 2021

A blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Carrignan. Wine from old vines 60+, which provide complexity and length in the wine. Color of dark red almost black cherries. Refined and dusty nose of red fruit.

Full, smooth wine, with an expression of cherries and red fruit in the taste with soft, round tannins. No wood, pure fruit. Seductively soft, fruity and juicy.

A widely applicable wine. To drink now or keep for two to three years.
Culinary with Mediterranean vegetable and meat dishes, Italian charcuterie, pasta with grilled vegetables, tagliata and other soft red meat dishes.
