Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone.
Deep garnet red color and a complex bouquet of cinnamon, cherry jam and walnut. A full-bodied red wine with ripe black fruit and notes of vanilla and coffee. The grapes are dried in controlled warehouses until January, after which a skin soaking takes place. The wine then matures for 24 months in oak.
Domain
Villa Loren is being renovated in the vast area between Venice and Lake Garda. Elegant and full-bodied wines are produced. At Villa Loren they strive to give value to the territory of Valpolicella, where the famous Amarone was born.

It goes perfectly with rich pasta dishes, game and grilled or stewed red meats as well as mature cheeses.
